There’s no list or records that I know of, but if you look in the cencus records http://www.kent-opc.org/Parishes/Nonington.html that will give you some of the information you seek.

My mother in law was born and brought up on the Fredville estate. Her mother, grand mother and grand father worked on the estate. She loves everything about the history of the estate and wondered if ther was a list of the workers over the years so that she could see her families names , what work they did etc etc. I don’t mind paying for this as it is so important to her.
I would really appreciate any help you could give. The family name was Hollyoaks.

I’m glad you like it, Baz. I’d been hoping to find a photo of the old Walnut Tree ale house before it was altered for a long time, and then several new [to me] photos of Holt St. and Fredville turn up together.Fingers crossed some more new items will turn up soon.
